Shipping: All orders are shipped USPS Priority (USA only) unless another method is requested. Shipping cart is set at $10,85 (up to 60 tarts can be shipped for that rate). If you have a small order please contact me to revise shipping cost. Depending on where you live, 24 tarts and under can be shipped at a lesser rate! Turnaround time is approx 3 - 5 business days at this time. Please note that insurance is highly recommended especially during the hot summer months and holidays! Your order should be delivered within 2 to 3 days after shipping, but, unfortunately there are times when the mail is not on schedule. I am not responsible for packages once they leave my house.

Returns: Due to the nature of this product, I do not accept returns. However, I will work with you the best I can to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. As mentioned above, insurance is highly recommended!

Payments: Paypal is preferred, but I will accept US money orders/cashiers checks. If you would like to send a personal check, please contact me first for payment info! Please allow time for your check to clear. Please make sure that your fragrance choices are sent to me with your order or by email. If you want to cancel an order, please email me within 48 hours after your order is placed for a refund. No refunds will be given after 48 hours of receipt of order! No exceptions! Store credit is available if prior arrangements have been made.

Tart Info: My tarts are made with a creamy soy blend wax that I prepare myself. There are no additives or other junk in the wax. The wax is very clean & creamy and melts quickly. It also is soft enough to slice if desired. The tarts are made with vegan dye which gives them a nice, bright color. This wax blend holds a nice amount of fragrance for a great scent throw. By the way, there is NO such thing as 2x, 3x, or 4x scented tarts! Wax is kinda like a sponge and will only hold a certain amount of fragrance! So, in other words, my tarts are safe enough to eat - but dont lol! The fragrance oil is the only un-edible thing in the tarts.

FYI: All fragrances on my list are IN STOCK, unless otherwise noted. If there is a scent you would like that is not on the list, I will gladly get it for you (no extra charge or minimum order for this!). Would you like to send someone tarts as a gift? No problem! Just let me know the address of recipient, occassion, and message to be put on notecard. Also I will try to match the packaging to the occasion. No extra charge for gift orders!
